“I feel down! I think I would just wear this pant and brown shirt with that sandal”.
Its Monday again and it always feels like a good day of the week to quickly finish up what is pending and start off something new and creative.
Anyway, that quote up there is something I would say on a rainy and cold Thursday/Friday morning (I really don’t like it when it rains in the mornings).
Its no news that your wardrobe has a lot to say about you. Also, your outfit is capable of making someone guess right a lot of things about you, your mood being one of them.
Your mood in simple terms is the feeling you have at a particular time, which can be a happy feeling, a moody/not so happy one, an excited feeling or even a bad girl feeling(if that exists at all).
On a great day, maybe your birthday, mother’s birthday, graduation day or just another happy day, you are most likely going to be putting on a colorful dress and nice shoes to match. Anyone that naturally sees you will tell that you are happy or in a good mood. Same applies the other way too.
When you go shopping, the kind and colors of clothes you buy has a lot to do with the mood you are in.
Choosing a dress to wear out on a daily basis has a way of affecting your performance for that day. So lets imagine two people going to the same office on a Monday morning. One puts on a sleeve shirt tucked into pants and heels/loafers and the other puts on a polo and jean pants and sandals, the former is most likely to perform better because she feels smart and obviously was properly prepared for work that day. You get what I mean right?

Randomly picking a dress that you are not comfortable in or is not just your style of dressing or probably is not your color (for instance, I really am not a fan of red colored clothes) can spoil your entire day and can reduce/kill your confidence in yourself and that is what others will perceive as well.
Take your time to examine how outfits and colors affect your mood. Learn how to take control of your mood everyday.
