  • Acne Treatment: It has an active ingredient with anti-inflammatory properties that can help in treating acne.

Risks Of Using Turmeric on the Skin.

  • Be careful with the dosage and how often you use it as it can damage your skin or give you some skin reactions/irritation.
  • Turmeric has a strong color that can stain your skin. If this happens, it is natural and would wear off in a day or two. If it doesn’t, meet a dermatologist for assistance.
  • Be careful with the products you mix turmeric with before applying on your skin. Turmeric might not work well with other ingredients. Test a small quantity of a mixture at the back of your palm before applying on your face.

This face mask helps to tighten the pores and hence reduces inflammation. It also gives you a natural glow.

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Or any other natural oil.
  • 1 tablespoon natural honey.

Mix the ingredients in a clean bowl and stir until it forms a paste. Wash your face and use a clean towel to dab the water away leaving it moist. Take some quantity on your finger and apply all over your face. Leave the mask on your face for about 10 to 15 minutes, then wash it off.

You can repeat this twice in a week. For severe acne cases, use it 3 times in a week. Just make sure your routine works well for you.

Turmeric Face Mask for Acne Treatment.

If you are fighting acne, this face mask is for you. It not only helps to heal your acne, but it will also reduce acne scars and hyper-pigmentation.

  • Organic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon natural honey
  • Milk

Mix the ingredients in a clean bowl and mix until it forms a paste. Wash your face with warm water and apply the mixture with your fingers on your face. Do this at least 2 times a week.

Turmeric Face Mask for Face Lift

This face mask can help tighten skin pores and also pull out blackheads and of course a natural glow.

  • Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch grounded turmeric.

Mix the ingredients properly in a bowl. Use your fingers or a flat brush to apply the mixture on your clean face. Allow mixture to get dry on the face before washing off with warm water. You can repeat this as often as you want, depending on how your skin reacts to it.
